The reference for the grant is the condition of the granting entity. If it is a gift to the wife, it is her property, and the husband is not permitted to dispose of it except with her consent, based on the : "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." If it is for the family's expenditure, and the husband spent it for the designated purpose, then the wife has no right to demand anything from him. It is obligatory to adhere to the condition of the granting entity, based on the hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The husband is not obliged to pay the debts incurred by the wife for coming to this country. Both spouses are advised to strive for family stability and avoid causes of dispute.
