What is the meaning of the "relationship" intended by the young man who kissed me and said he loves me and wants to establish a relationship with me, and what should I do?

For a young man to kiss you is forbidden, and you must prevent him. Repent to Allah with remorse and a firm resolve not to return to such an act. Distance yourself from him and from others like him. And remember the words of Allah the Almighty: (And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger). Maintain the prescribed Islamic veil (hijab). If he wishes to marry, he should approach houses through their proper doors and propose to your guardian. It is obligatory for you to keep away from him and not to speak with him. It is forbidden for you to be alone with him until the marital bond is established.
