The answer

Differences in color or the wife having children are not legitimate grounds for divorce, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, married Umm Al-Mu'minin Khadijah and Umm Salamah, both of whom had children. Divorce is disliked without a permissible reason, due to its waste of the blessing of marriage and the disruption of the family. Obedience to parents in demanding a divorce is not obligatory; rather, the son should gently refuse. The default ruling for divorce is prohibition, and Allah Almighty condemned sorcerers who cause separation between a man and his wife.

As for procreation, the parents not knowing about the marriage or procreation does not affect its permissibility. Rather, having righteous offspring is one of the most important objectives of marriage. The husband should inform his parents of his marriage and gently seek their رضا, and seek help from people of goodness to reach an understanding with them. Procreation can be a strong factor in dissuading parents from the idea of separating the spouses.
