Is it permissible for the divorced man's daughter, who is 5 years old, to visit or live in the house of her stepfather, who is not related to her mother's family?

If your divorced wife marries and her husband consummates the marriage with her, then her daughters become unlawful for their mother's husband (i.e., your ex-wife's new husband). It is permissible for your daughter to visit her mother and live with her in her husband's house if she is permitted to do so, because the wife's daughters are among the stepdaughters (raba'ib) whom Allah Almighty has forbidden due to marital affinity.
