Is the authenticity of the following Hadith established: "Let one of you pray in the mosque next to him, and not follow (other) mosques"? And what is the ruling on one who follows (other) mosques to attain devotion and presence of heart in prayer, without missing the 'Isha prayer?

The hadith (definition) that speaks about praying in the neighborhood mosque has a disputed authenticity. Assuming it is authentic, it applies if going to another mosque causes the worshippers to abandon their own mosque. Otherwise, it is well-known that the Companions used to frequent the Prophet's Mosque to pray behind the Prophet, and Mu'adh used to pray with the Prophet and then return to lead his people in prayer. There is no harm in frequenting a mosque due to the Imam's beautiful recitation and seeking assistance from it for Qiyam (definition) (night prayer), unless there is fear of creating discord or insulting the Imam of one's own mosque.
