What is God's judgment on the Day of Resurrection concerning those who committed major sins (adultery, false accusation, theft) upon whom the Sharia punishments were not applied, and who died without repentance?

The belief of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah is that whoever dies from among the Muslims, persisting in a major sin, is subject to the will of Allah; if He wills, He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him, and his ultimate destination is Paradise; this is based on the Almighty's saying: (Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills) An-Nisa/48, and based on the continuously transmitted (mutawatir) hadiths indicating the expulsion of disobedient monotheists from Hellfire.
