Is it considered a breach of an oath if a person swore not to masturbate, then engaged in sexual arousal without touching his penis with his hand?

If a Muslim deliberately ejaculates by any method, he breaks his oath, unless the intention behind the oath or its cause necessitates restricting the oath to touching the penis, in which case he does not break his oath by ejaculating without touching the penis.
