The second oath does not invalidate the first oath, nor does it change it. Once an oath is made, it is not permissible to change it or retract it. An exception to an oath is only valid if it is connected to it. If you do what the oath was contingent upon, then you are obligated to walk to the two places or pay an expiation for breaking an oath.
