What is the ruling on benefiting from trips funded by usurious money, such as sending delegations abroad to attend courses and conferences, or sending workers to perform Hajj and Umrah?

The usurious profits that the Islamic bank is compelled to deal with through the Central Bank must be utilized for the general welfare of Muslims, such as building hospitals, orphanages, schools, centers, and for dawah (preaching) and scientific activities. As for individuals, it is stipulated that the beneficiary must be poor and needy, and he may use it for Hajj or spend it for a permissible benefit for himself.
