Is it permissible to recite the mentioned fortress (Hissn): "I have fortified myself with the fortress; its foundation is 'There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah,' and its walls are 'Peace - a word from a Merciful Lord,' and its circle is 'Successive [angels] before him and behind him, protecting him by command of Allah.' 'Hamata Lamata, indeed the lion is my concern, my arrow has scattered, it has penetrated by the grace of 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak from the evil of that which He created; and from the evil of darkness when it settles; and from the evil of the blowers in knots; and from the evil of an envier when he envies.'' 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Sovereign of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer - who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - from among the jinn and mankind.'' I have fortified myself with the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, who never dies, and I have repelled evil with a thousand, thousand 'There is no might nor power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.' And may Allah bless Muhammad and his pure progeny"?
