What is the way to perform Hajj and live an ascetic life when I am burdened with bank loans that consume all my time to repay them?

Bank interest is usury (riba), and dealing with it is a major sin that requires repentance. It is not permissible to perform Hajj from unlawful earnings, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah is good and accepts only what is good." The majority of scholars hold that Hajj performed with unlawfully acquired money is valid, though it entails sin and a reduction in reward. It is advisable to rid oneself of usury and avoid it, to adhere to religious obligations, shun prohibitions, and not procrastinate in repenting.
