Is the story true about the woman who committed adultery and killed her child, and Moses' statement to her that abandoning prayer intentionally is a greater sin than hers?

The Hadith: "Do not intentionally abandon prayer, for whoever does so, the protection of Allah and the protection of His Messenger are disavowed from him." This was narrated by Al-Tabarani and deemed good by Al-Albani. Al-Bukhari mentioned the smashing of the head.
