Is the marriage contract rescinded before consummation and privacy if the husband utters a word of disbelief out of ignorance, and does he fall under the hadith: "Indeed, a servant may utter a word he does not consider significant, by which he will fall into the Hellfire further than the distance between the East"?

Whoever falls into disbelief out of ignorance does not become an infidel thereby. Consequently, their marriage is not annulled, and the marital bond remains. The aforementioned hadith has no relation to the issue and does not indicate ignorance, but rather recklessness and indifference to the word, as interpreted by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar and Al-Qastallani, stating that one does not ponder it or reflect on its consequences. This is similar to the verse: "And you thought it to be trivial, while with Allah it was grave."
