How do I deal with visits from rural relatives who carry insects that harm my children, especially with my wife's anger over their visits?

We advise you to treat your brothers well and honor them when they visit, and to address the insect problem by using methods to eliminate them. Your wife should also be advised to be patient and seek reward in upholding kinship ties and treating her husband and his family well, because upholding kinship ties is among the righteous deeds that increase blessings in sustenance and life, as confirmed by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever desires that his sustenance be expanded for him or his lifespan be extended, let him maintain ties of kinship."
