Must I take off the "isdal" due to the nature of my work in the Public Relations Department?

A woman is not permitted to work in mixed-gender environments except out of necessity or pressing need. If she needs to work in a place that does not allow covering the face, there is no objection, provided that she guards against seclusion (khalwa), speaking softly and alluringly, using perfume, and adorning herself. She must also commit to covering her face whenever possible. However, if she is not in need, then she is obliged to leave such work.
