Is a veiled female employee considered sinful if she removes her veil due to the current circumstances in Iraq?

Scholars have differed regarding the obligation for a woman to cover her face in front of non-mahram men. If the ruling is that it is obligatory, then it is not permissible to uncover the face except in cases of certain harm. If the ruling is that it is permissible when there is no fear of temptation, then there is no harm in uncovering it. However, covering it is better due to the protection and modesty it entails.
