Are the vouchers for breaking the fast of a fasting person, which are purchased from charities, considered an act of charity (sadaqah)?

The money spent on feeding fasting people is a charity for which its giver will be rewarded, receiving a reward similar to that of the fasting person himself, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like theirs, without diminishing anything from the reward of the fasting person." Every benefit given to living beings carries a reward, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "In every wet liver there is a reward."
