Who is Al-Tibi?

The attribution "Al-Tibi" was given to several scholars, including:

Ibn Allan (Makki ibn al-Muslim): A venerable and long-lived sheikh, born in the year 63 AH. He heard from Ibn Asakir, Al-Silafi, and others. He died in Damascus in the year 652 AH. Ahmad ibn Badr Al-Tibi: Shihab al-Din, a Shafi'i reciter, father of the Imam and preacher of the Umayyad Mosque. The science of Tajweed reached its peak through him in his time. He passed away on the night of Thursday, the 6th of Jumada al-Ula. Ibn Hamdan Al-Tibi (Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad): Abu al-Qasim, known as Al-Sa'in. He was a repetitor at Al-Nizamiyyah and a teacher at Al-Thaqafiyyah. He was knowledgeable in the madhhab, fara'id (inheritance laws), and arithmetic. He authored a commentary on Al-Tanbih.
