Is there a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) stating that a girl who did not marry in this world will marry one of the Companions in the Hereafter? And is refraining from marriage for this reason (if the Hadith is authentic) considered unlawful?

If Allah the Almighty admits someone to Paradise, He will grant them everything they desire and love, as Allah the Almighty says: (And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally) [Surat Az-Zukhruf: 71]. And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Therein is what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived." Therefore, there is no impediment for a girl to marry in the Hereafter whomever she loves and desires, bearing in mind that her marriage to a Companion has no textual evidence. Men too will marry in Paradise (And for them therein are purified spouses) [Surat An-Nisa: 57]. However, abstaining from marriage in this world with the intention of marrying in the Hereafter is incorrect, because marriage is a Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and whoever turns away from it is not of him. One should not abstain from marriage with the intention of marrying in the Hereafter, for there is no contradiction between achieving this in this world and the Hereafter if the person is among the people of Paradise.
