Is it permissible to pray Duha 10 minutes after sunrise in the mosque, or is it better to go home and wait for a later time to perform it while still receiving the reward for remaining in the mosque until sunrise?

Ten minutes after sunrise is not enough for the sun to rise to the height of a spear, which marks the permissibility of performing the prayer. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen estimated this duration to be between twelve minutes and a quarter of an hour, and in most of his fatwas, he specified it as a quarter of an hour. Therefore, perform the Ishraq prayer at home if the mosque will close ten minutes after Ishraq. It is preferable to delay the Duha prayer until the middle of the forenoon.
