Is it permissible to pray Duha five minutes before the Dhuhr Adhan?

The first is to offer the Duha prayer a quarter of an hour before Dhuhr prayer time begins, because the prayer time ends when the sun reaches its zenith (qaa’im az-zahira), as stated in the hadith narrated by Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him): "There are three times at which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade us to pray or to bury our dead: when the sun rises clear until it is high, when the sun is at its zenith until it declines, and when the sun inclines to set." Narrated by Muslim.
