If any discharge comes out of her: if it is maniyy (seminal fluid), ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory. If it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), wudu' (ablution) is obligatory, and whatever it touched must be purified. If it is vaginal discharge, only wudu' is obligatory.
