Is a father's anger considered answered, and is he entitled to be angry with his son if the son returns to his homeland desiring his happiness, psychological comfort, and a future he does not see in foreign lands?

You must obey your father if there is real harm that is feared for you upon returning to your home country, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The Lord's pleasure is in the parent's pleasure, and the Lord's displeasure is in the parent's displeasure." If there is no harm, then the father does not have the right to prevent you, and you are not obliged to obey him. However, it is advisable to be patient and dutiful to your father to gain his رضا (رضا: pleasure/satisfaction).
