Must a person who performed Umrah while wearing trousers out of ignorance do anything, and is his marriage contract valid despite his knowledge that he did not perform Umrah before or after it?

A pilgrim in a state of ihram is forbidden from wearing trousers unless he cannot find a loincloth (rida'). An ignorant person is not sinful and owes no fidyah (expiatory offering). The marriage contract is valid if it was concluded before entering the state of ihram, because a pilgrim in ihram is prohibited from concluding a marriage contract.
