Is working in the poultry industry permissible (halal), given the presence of antibiotics in commercial feed used to promote growth, and the effort to reduce their use as much as possible?

Antibiotics should only be administered to poultry as needed, because their bodies often do not eliminate these substances before slaughter, which harms the consumer. It is preferable to use natural alternatives such as bacteria and herbs, and to care for the eggs and hatching environment to reduce the need for antibiotics, as well as to avoid feed containing them. The basis for this is the hadith: "There should be no harm nor reciprocal harm." Therefore, it is forbidden to inflict harm upon Muslims in their food. You must avoid anything that harms people when feeding poultry, and avoid contaminated feeds or those containing antibiotics that harm people's health, especially right before slaughter.
