What is the ruling on eating chicken from a factory that produces chicken and pork?

Two conditions are stipulated for the permissibility of eating chicken: the eligibility of the slaughterer, being a Muslim or a person of the Book, and the slaughtering of the chicken at the designated spot without stunning, clubbing, or drowning. If the factory processes both chicken and pork, there is no harm in purchasing whole chicken, provided the slaughterer is a Muslim or a person of the Book. However, it is forbidden to consume minced or canned chicken if it is known that the same tools designated for pork are used, unless it can be washed and purified. It is preferable to avoid chicken produced by such factories if the reality of their practices is unknown.
