Is it permissible to say that a doctor possesses one of the attributes of Allah?

It is not permissible to say that "the doctor has one of the attributes of Allah, the Almighty and All-Glorious," because there is something objectionable in this wording. There is a narration indicating a dislike for calling a healer "doctor," as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to someone who claimed to be a doctor: "You are not a doctor, but a companion. Its doctor is the One who created it." Scholars disliked this appellation because the true doctor is Allah Almighty, who knows illnesses and their remedies and grants healing, while the healer is merely a companion.
