What is the ruling on a group in Morocco claiming the Caliphate upon the Prophetic methodology in the year 2006?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed us about the return of the Rightly Guided Caliphate upon the Prophetic methodology, after the prophethood and the first caliphate, and then the tyrannical and oppressive kingship. Its return cannot be pinpointed to a specific year, because that would be claiming knowledge of the unseen, which Allah alone has reserved for Himself. Furthermore, the current state of Muslims does not indicate the imminent occurrence of that.
