Should the vow to give "qa'ud" in charity be fulfilled after a miscarriage, or should one wait for the birth of a live baby?

If the miscarriage was not due to any fault of the questioner, we pray that Allah rewards her and grants her righteous offspring. Regarding the vow, if it was merely an internal thought without uttering it, then she is not bound by anything, because a vow requires a specific form of utterance. However, if she made a vow with a specific wording, then her intention must be considered. If her intention was merely the pregnancy, then she is obligated to fulfill it upon the existence of the pregnancy, even if it did not come to term. But if the intention was the child, then she is not bound by anything due to the non-existence of the intended object.
