Does the defilement of wet impurity transfer to the body or any other object only if the transferred amount is large enough for the impurity to drip from it?

The Hanafis have explicitly stated that the body becomes impure if it touches something impure and wet, making it moist, and they did not mention wringing it out because it is inconceivable.
