Does the body or hand become ritually impure upon touching dry impurities when there is sweat present, and is it obligatory to restrict movement if there are impurities on the body at a time when they cannot be washed off?

The Hanafi school of thought holds that dry impurity does not transfer, and wet impurity does not transfer to dry clothes unless the clothes themselves become wet. It does not transfer even if the clothes become damp. A person afflicted with Waswas (obsessive doubts) may adopt this opinion to alleviate hardship. When in doubt about the transfer of impurity, one should disregard it and not rule that it has transferred. When there is no certainty about the occurrence of impurity in the first place, one is not obligated to search for it. By applying these rules and ignoring doubts, matters will become easier, and obsessive thoughts will gradually disappear. However, if one does not apply them and instead succumbs to obsessive thoughts, then the answers will be of no benefit.
