Are these properties considered among the marital needs for me and my brother, given that we do not own enough to marry in a separate house, and that the houses are ordinary in popular areas, based on the saying of Ibn Uthaymeen – may Allah have mercy on him – that when one of the sons is married, the father is not obligated to give the others the same unless they reach the age of marriage and wish to marry?
