You erred in what you did, but if you repent with sincere repentance and regret your action, then Allah will forgive you and overlook your transgression, for Allah's pardon is greater and His mercy is vaster. Repent to Allah with sincere repentance, and do not despair of His mercy, and have a good opinion of Him, for the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin. Increase your seeking of forgiveness, and strive in acts of obedience, for good deeds erase bad deeds, and avoid that which leads you to evil, and accompany righteous people.
