Is it permissible to force one's wife to have intercourse while she is pregnant and unwilling, and if not, what is the solution?

A wife must obey her husband in what is right, and it is forbidden for her to abandon his bed without a valid excuse. It is preferable not to force a wife into intimacy, especially during pregnancy, due to the psychological and physical changes she experiences; the husband should consider her circumstances. Solving the problem requires the husband's patience and wisdom, and encouraging the wife while clarifying the Islamic ruling to her. If the matter is not resolved amicably and the husband is able, he may marry another woman.
