Is it permissible to give charity from Zakat money received by a needy person to someone needier than them?

Whoever comes into possession of wealth through charity is permitted to dispose of it by selling it, gifting it, or giving it away as charity. This is evident from the Hadith of Barirah (may Allah be pleased with her), which shows that charity given to a poor person allows them to dispose of it through selling, gifting, and other means.

As for the feminine "taa" in the word "ʻallamah" (a great scholar), it is for emphasis and does not differentiate between masculine and feminine. It indicates the utmost and ultimate degree in description, whether the described person is a man or a woman.
