Is earning money through means forbidden by the company unlawful (haram), given that these means are permissible in Sharia and cause minor problems for the company? And does promoting offers that include images of women render the money earned unlawful?

It is impermissible to violate the terms and conditions of a company in marketing, as long as the company does not authorize the method chosen by the marketer, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's property unlawfully but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent." And the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "Whoever cheats is not one of us." Therefore, whoever employs unauthorized methods is not entitled to a commission unless he informs the company and it agrees. As for marketing that includes裸露 images of women, it is not permissible unless these images are blurred. The presence of nude images does not affect the ruling on the commission if they are not intended for their own sake in the marketing, because the commission is in exchange for something permissible. However, if the nude images are intended for their own sake, then the commission is forbidden.
