What is the ruling on working for a company where the employer lies and incites discord among employees, and is it permissible to go along with this atmosphere to keep the job?

The Shari'ah encourages fulfilling promises and considers breaking them a characteristic of hypocrites, as stated in the Hadith: "The signs of a hypocrite are three: whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; and whenever he is entrusted, he betrays his trust." Dividing people is a reprehensible act that leads to failure, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not dispute, lest you lose courage and your strength depart." This man should be advised to be truthful, fulfill promises, reconcile among people, and not lie or deceive to conform to the work environment. One should perform work diligently, treat people kindly, and adhere to truthfulness seeking Allah's pleasure, for Allah suffices whoever fears Him and relies on Him, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him." It was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever seeks Allah's pleasure despite people's displeasure, Allah will suffice him against the burden of people. And whoever seeks people's pleasure despite Allah's displeasure, Allah will entrust him to people." There is no blame upon you for continuing to work as long as you do not involve yourself in discord or lies, and the sin of what the company owner commits falls upon him.
