Is it permissible to make up missed prayers due to sleep at home, or must they be made up in the mosque? And is one who sleeps with the intention of waking up for the Asr prayer considered like one who deliberately delays the prayer?

Missed prayers due to sleep must be made up. It is permissible to make them up at home; the mosque is not a condition. There is no sin upon one who slept before the prayer time and whose sleep extended through its time, unless they intended to delay the prayer by deliberately intending to wake up after its preferred time has passed; in that case, they would be sinful from this perspective. It is recommended to sleep with the intention of waking up for the prayer at its time.
