Should a wife remain with her husband who has not prayed for a year and a half and has started denying the Resurrection, and what should she do if she leaves him while she is in a foreign country?

It was previously explained that a woman's remaining with her husband who abandons prayer is permissible. However, denying the resurrection is an act of disbelief by the consensus of Muslims. Therefore, the husband should be advised and shown the truth. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. If he does not repent, then it is not permissible for his wife to remain with him for even a blink of an eye. She must separate from him and not allow him access to her, utilizing every possible means to achieve this. If she is in a Muslim country, she can refer her case to a Sharia judge. If she is in a non-Muslim country, she should bring her matter to one of the Islamic centers.
