Is the statement: "So, affirm with certainty in your heart and be assured of the world's coming into existence after non-existence; He brought it into being not out of need, and had He willed to leave it, He would not have initiated its creation" correct, and are there any doctrinal concerns in it?

The two verses are correct and contain no forbidden elements. They encompass three matters:

1. The Contingency of the World: The world was created after non-existence, and Allah is the Creator of all things. This is a truth upon which the rational, philosophers, and followers of religions have all agreed.

2. Allah's Independence from His Creation: Allah is inherently self-sufficient and independent of all creation. All creation is dependent on Him for their existence, their preparation, their sustenance, the warding off of misfortunes from them, their upbringing, their guidance, and their instruction.

3. Allah's Action by Choice: Allah Almighty creates by His will and choice, not out of inherent necessity. Had He willed, He would not have created the world. Indeed, He is "the Doer of what He intends" and "He creates what He wills and chooses."
