What is the ruling on combining the Dhuhr, Asr, and Maghrib prayers during the time of Maghrib after returning from the university, knowing that workplace regulations prohibit performing religious rituals at the workplace?

It is not permissible to delay the Asr prayer until Maghrib, nor the Dhuhr prayer. The questioner must pray the prayers at their appointed times. If he is prevented from praying at his workplace, he can pray in a public place because the entire earth is a mosque. There is no concession to delay these two prayers. If a Muslim is prevented from performing the rituals of his religion, even in public places, then emigration from that country becomes obligatory upon him; for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while they are wronging themselves - [the angels] will say, "In what [condition] were you?" They will say, "We were oppressed in the land." They [the angels] will say, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such as these, their refuge is Hell - and an evil destination." (An-Nisa: 97). Thus, emigration is obligatory for whoever cannot openly practice his religion and fulfill its obligations.
