Do "The Most Great" (al-ʿAẓīm) and "The Most High" (al-Aʿlā) refer to greatness and loftiness in terms of size and place, or in terms of status?

Among the beautiful names of Allah is "Al-Azim" (The Most Great), and greatness is an intrinsic attribute of His, Exalted be He, which creatures cannot comprehend. The greatness of Allah is neither qualified nor limited; He is great in His Lordship, His Divinity, His actions, and His power. A Muslim must avoid inappropriate language when speaking about Allah and adhere to what is stated in the sacred texts, such as not describing Him with terms like "body" or "size." Allah Almighty is established on His Throne, and He is high above His creation with an inherent, forceful, and majestic loftiness. No one resembles Him, and no deficiency afflicts Him.
