Where is a pregnant Christian woman buried, knowing that her husband is Muslim?

The Companions differed regarding the ruling on burying a pregnant Kitabiyyah (woman of the People of the Book) who is carrying a child fathered by a Muslim man. Some said she should be buried in the graveyards of the polytheists due to her disbelief. Others said she should be buried in the graveyards of the Muslims because the child in her womb is Muslim. The majority of scholars hold that she should be buried in a separate grave, with her back facing the Qiblah, because as a disbeliever she should not be buried in the Muslim graveyard, and her child is Muslim so he should not be buried among disbelievers.
