Where is a Christian woman pregnant by a Muslim husband buried?

A Christian wife who is pregnant with a Muslim man's fetus should not be buried in Muslim cemeteries nor in Christian cemeteries. Rather, she should be buried alone, with her back facing the Qibla, so that the face of the Muslim child will be directed towards the Qibla, as the child is considered Muslim due to the Islam of his father.
