Is it permissible to use a mobile phone that contains Quranic surahs and religious lectures while in a state of ritual impurity (janabah), provided that the Quran is not opened on it?

There is no harm in using a mobile phone that contains some chapters of the Qur'an even if you are in a state of ritual impurity (janabah), because the phone does not take the ruling of the mushaf (physical copy of the Qur'an) regarding the obligation of purity for touching it. The Qur'an in a mobile phone exists as vibrations from which letters are formed when requested and disappear when moving to something else. Therefore, it is permissible to touch the mobile phone and read from it even without ritual purity.
