The answer

There is no sin upon you concerning the salary you receive for your work, as long as it does not involve a direct relationship with usurious documents, such as their preservation, writing, and the like. This is because directly engaging in such activities falls under cooperation in sin and aggression. As for what is not related to usury, there is no impediment to it. The fact that the salary is disbursed from the central bank is not problematic and does not affect its lawfulness. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to trade with the Jews, who consumed usury, and he died with his shield mortgaged to a Jew. It has also been authentically reported that some of his companions worked for them for wages.
