What is the ruling on marital intimacy in Islam, and is a husband entitled to request intercourse in prohibited places, and what are the consequences of that?

It is not permissible for a husband to request intimacy from his wife in forbidden places, and it is not permissible for the wife to obey him in such a request. The forbidden acts are anal intercourse and intercourse during menstruation. Anything other than these is permissible.
