Must a husband divorce his second wife based on the words of a "spiritual healer" who claims she bewitched him to cause separation between him and his first wife, despite her strong denial and demand for proof of this accusation?

It appears this man is a deceptive charlatan, and we advise you to stay away from him and not believe his words. Hold onto your wife as long as you have seen nothing but good from her. If you are suffering from symptoms of sorcery, you should resort to ruqya according to the Sharia. Beware of accusing your wife based on suspicions and delusions, for that carries a great burden. Allah Almighty says: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne slander and manifest sin." (Al-Ahzab: 58). What you have done by restricting your wife and expelling her from her home is a great injustice forbidden by Allah. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I declare inviolable the rights of two weak ones: the orphan and the woman." You are obligated to treat your wife kindly, as Allah Almighty says: "And live with them in kindness." (An-Nisa: 19).
