Will a mother be questioned on the Day of Judgment for not giving birth a second time, knowing that this is due to the desire of the husband who refuses to have more children without a substantial reason?

The husband does not have the right to prevent his wife from conceiving. If the matter is not within the wife's control and she has done her utmost to avoid preventing conception, then she is excused, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿That no burdened soul will bear the burden of another And that man will only have what he endeavors for﴾ [An-Najm: 38-39].
