Is it permissible for a woman to marry with the intention of divorce if she is in a non-Islamic country and cannot find a suitable husband, and does this ruling apply to her just as it applies to a man?

Islam has established justice in its rulings and has not made men and women equal in all of them. Marriage with the intention of divorce is permissible according to the majority of scholars, as long as it is not stipulated in the contract, whether the intention is from the man or the woman. Intention is a thought within oneself and does not affect the validity of the contract. If the man's intention does not affect it, and he is the one who has the power to terminate the marriage, then it is even more fitting that the woman's intention does not affect it.
